Toasts with Avocado and Shrimp

A wonderful and delicious breakfast! One, two, and done!

ingredients

Oatmeal porridge Hercules with cranberries 35g

2 Slices of 100% rye toast (2 x 20 g)

100 grams Avocado

80 grams King prawns

Sweet and chilli sauce

preperation

  1. Toast the bread. Mash the avocado.

  2. Put avocado on the bread and top with shrimp.

  3. Brush the shrimp with sweet chilli sauce (carefully, it's spicy).
