  1. First, prepare the batter: add 1 teaspoon of baking soda to the kefir and let it 'work'.

  2. Add the eggs, egg whites, flour, salt, and spices to the kefir. Mix everything.

  3. Chop the scallions and hard-boiled eggs, then add the tuna and mix everything.

  4. Pour half of the batter into the tin. Spread the filling on top. Pour the remaining batter over it.

  5. Bake in the oven at 175 °C for approximately 35–40 minutes.
