  1. Mix the adzhika, mustard and honey.

  2. Marinate the fillets in the adzhika-mustard-honey mixture and leave for at least a couple of hours or overnight.

  3. Place the fillets in a thin bag or cover them with cling film (to avoid splashing the kitchen) and pound them with a meat mallet.

  4. Heat a frying pan and drizzle 2-3 g of oil on it. Fry at maximum temperature.

  5. "Dip" the chicken fillets in the sesame seeds and place in a frying pan. Fry for ~3-4 minutes on one side and ~2 minutes on the other.
