preperation

  1. Place a pot with water on the boil.

  2. Cut the celery root into small cubes, cut the carrots into rounds. Cut the cabbage. Squeeze the garlic. Put them all in a pot to cook.

  3. Divide the cauliflower into rosettes.

  4. Cut the mushrooms and sauté in a pan.

  5. Cut the salmon into small pieces.

  6. When the celery, cabbage and carrots are half soft, add the cauliflower and cook until ready. Blend into a smooth purée.

  7. Add the sautéed mushrooms, salmon pieces and processed cheese. Stir and cook for ~7-8 minutes.
