Graudaugu pārslas Milzu ar kakao BIO 200g

60 grami Rīsi (šoreiz es izmantoju apaļgraudu rīsus)

420 grami Ūdens

250 grami Riekstu ķirbis (vai jebkurš cits)

60 grami Avenes (vai citas ogas vai auglis)

10 grami Šķidrs medus (vai kļavu lapu, dateļu vai agaves sīrupi)

Sāls škipsniņa, saldinātājs, vaniļa

preperation

  1. Peel and cut the pumpkin into small pieces and place in a pot with ~400 g of water. Boil half soft.

  2. Add the rinsed rice and cook, stirring occasionally, until ready (If you are using non-round grain rice, cook it before the pumpkin, as it will definitely take longer to cook. Round grain rice is ready in ~15 minutes).

  3. Place on a plate, top with raspberries, drizzle with honey and enjoy a delicious breakfast!
