30 grami Saulē kaltēti tomāti
20 grami Zaļie lociņi, dilles
Sāls, garšvielas pēc izvēles (es pievienoju Adigejas sāli, kaltētus garšaugus, un drupinātus ķiplokus)

Peel the pumpkin, cut it into small pieces and rinse the grits in hot water.
