Ananasu šķēlītes Blik sīrupā 850g/430g

250 grami Ķirbis

50 grami Miežu putraimi (vai jebkuri citi graudaugi)

30 grami 10% siers (vai jebkurš cits liess siers)

30 grami Saulē kaltēti tomāti

20 grami Zaļie lociņi, dilles

Sāls, garšvielas pēc izvēles (es pievienoju Adigejas sāli, kaltētus garšaugus, un drupinātus ķiplokus)

preperation

  1. Peel the pumpkin, cut it into small pieces and rinse the grits in hot water.

  2. Place the pumpkin and the grits in a saucepan, add the water and heat to boiling.

  3. When the water starts to boil, reduce the heat to minimum and cook until ready. Stir occasionally. Add water as needed.

  4. Finally, stir in the herbs and grated cheese.
