2 Olas

250 grams Olu baltums

400 grams Vājpiena biezpiens

300 grams Dabīgais jogurts (man Actifeel greek style)

220 grams Bumbieris

250 grams Ābols

70 grams Whey proteīns

40 grams Kukurūzas ciete

1 tējkarote Cepamais pulveris

Saldinātājs (man 50 g eritritols + intensīvais pilienu saldinātājs ar vaniļas garšu)

preperation

  1. Whisk the eggs with the egg white and erythritol and the other sweetener. Whisk until the mass increases in volume.

  2. Add the curd, yoghurt and beat until smooth.

  3. Add the protein, cornstarch and baking powder.

  4. Stir in the fruits, cut into pieces.

  5. Bake in the oven at ~170-175 °C for ~30-35 minutes.
