Potato Tarts with Chicken Gyros and Eggs

Did you know that potatoes are the number one product when it comes to the "index" of satiety? And with that, is it great to lose weight? And don't believe the myth that if your goal is to lose weight, you have to give up potatoes.

  1. Grate the potatoes and set aside to drain. Squeeze out any excess juice.

  2. Add finely chopped or grated onion, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.

  3. Divide the dough into equal parts – I divide it into four (100 g each). You can also bake one large tart.

  4. Form a basket and bake in the oven at 175 °C for ~30-35 minutes.

  5. Remove them from the oven, add 20 g of chopped chicken, giros, and scallions to each one, beat in an egg, and return them to the oven for about 15 minutes. I chose to add an extra 5 minutes for browning at the end.
