Cookies with Apple, Raisins and Chocolate Chunks

Kafijas pupiņas Jacobs Barista Espresso 1kg

200 grams Sarīvēts svaigs ābols

80 grams Pilngraudu manna

80 grams Rīsu milti

50 grams Rozīnes

50 grams Whey proteīns (var nelikt, bet pielikt vairāk rīsu miltus)

40 grams Šokolāde bez cukura

15 grams Kokosriekstu eļļa

2 ēd.k. Citronu sula

preperation

  1. Grate the apple. Add lemon juice, raisins, and semolina, then put the mixture in the fridge for about an hour.

  2. After an hour, remove from the fridge and add chopped chocolate, protein powder, and flour.

  3. Place the dough directly onto baking paper or a silicone mat and, using wet hands, spread it out into a square or rectangular shape.

  4. Cut it into 8 pieces with a knife and bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 30–35 minutes (keep an eye on it).
