50 grami Dateles
50 grami Aprikozes
45 grami Zemesrieksti (apgrauzdēti)

In a food processor, grind the rice galettes and (not into powder!).

Roast the peanuts in a pan (or with pulses in the microwave) and chop them finely.

If the dried dates and apricots are not soft, pour hot water over them and leave for ~20 minutes.

Blend the soaked dates and apricots with a blender. Mix the two masses (a sticky mass is formed).

Melt the chocolate (either in a hot water bath or in the microwave) and add to the dry ingredients.

Mix everything and spread on a baking paper ~1 cm thick. Or roll into balls.

Place in the fridge to harden.

Remove from the fridge and cut the tasty mixture into the desired sizes. The sweets must be stored in the fridge.
