preperation

  1. Place all ingredients except the peach in a blender and whisk to a puree (I didn't put the chocolate in the blender, but chopped it with a sharp knife and then added it together with the chopped peaches).

  2. Finely chop the peach and stir it into the dough.

  3. Put the dough into the muffin tins, or pour into one large tin and bake at ~175 °C until ready.
