3 Mazas olas (130 g)

400 grami Āboli (jau nomizoti un sagriezti)

100 grami Kefīrs (2%)

85 grami Vājpiena biezpiens

75 grami Milti (50 g pilngraudu kviešu milti + 25 g kukurūzas milti. Var izmantot arī tikai bezglutēna miltus pievienot 1 tējkaroti psilliuma)

8 grami Vaniļas cukurs (dr .Quther)

1 tējkarote Cepamais pulveris

  1. Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices.

  2. Whisk eggs with curd, kefir, sweetener and vanilla sugar.

  3. Sift the flour and baking powder and add to the mixture. Whisk everything again. When the dough is homogeneous, add the apples, mixing everything so that the dough covers each apple slice.

  4. Place the dough with the apples in the tin and bake in the oven at 170 °C for ~30-35 minutes (baking time depends on the depth of your tin).
