Large omelette/casserole with broccoli, cauliflower and cheese

400 grams Ziedkāposts

240 grams Brokolis

150 grams 10% siers

70 grams Zaļie lociņi

Ķiploki, pipari, sāls

  1. Divide the cauliflower and broccoli into small rosettes. Put them in boiling water and scald them lightly. Drain and place the vegetables in a baking tin.

  2. Whisk the eggs with the egg white, salt and spices in a bowl. Add the sliced scallions, squeezed garlic and grated cheese. Mix everything and pour over the vegetables.

  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for ~30-35 minutes.
