Curd Patties in a Tortilla

Delicious curd patties, but you can also fill them with meat, apples, or mushrooms. Whatever your heart desires!

1 Ola

1 Olas dzeltenums (pārsmērēšanai)

3 Tortiljas (3 x 60 g)

420 grams Vājpiena biezpiens

12 grams Cukurniedru cukurs (pārkaisīšanai)

  1. Mix the curd with the egg, vanilla and sweetener. Thoroughly mash the curd.

  2. Cut the tortillas in half. Roll them into cones and fill them with the filling. Moisten the edges of the tortillas and press them together with a fork to seal the filling inside.

  3. Place on a baking sheet, brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with sugar, and bake in a preheated oven to 180 °C for about 20 minutes.
