  1. Grate the cheese, zucchini, and carrot. Chop the onion and crush the garlic.

  2. Add the eggs, egg whites, flour, salt, pepper, spices, and baking powder.

  3. Place 1/4 of the batter in a pan lightly greased with oil, spread it out, and cook over very low heat, covered, on both sides.

  4. Repeat the same process with the remaining three portions of dough.
