Musli Herkuless Active&Fit zem. mandeļu 350g

2 Olas

100 grams Sarkanās lēcas

100 grams Kefīrs 1,5%

100 grams Siers 12%

30 grams Milti (es izmantoju kukurūzas miltus)

20 grams Zaļie lociņi

15 grams Dilles

10 grams Ķiploki

1 tējkarote Cepamais pulveris

preperation

  1. Soak the lentils (100 g) overnight.

  2. The next day, drain off the excess water, add the eggs, and blend until smooth.

  3. Add the kefir, grated cheese, herbs, salt, spices, flour, and baking powder.

  4. Spoon the batter into moulds (I used 4 moulds of 10 cm in diameter) and bake at 175–180 °C for about 30 minutes.
