250 mililitri Kokosriekstu piens 18%,

100 grami Sīpols

65 grami Spināti

40 grami Karrija pasta "AROY-D"

15 grami Ingvera sakne

10 grami Ķiploki

  1. Cut the chicken fillet, onion, garlic and ginger—place in a pan with heated oil and fry.

  2. Cut the pumpkin and peppers into small pieces. Add the cut vegetables and green beans to the meat, onion and garlic, in the pan. Bake/sauté until ready.

  3. Add the Turkish peas, spinach, coconut milk, curry paste and spices. Sauté for ~10 minutes.

  4. In the end, sprinkle with lime juice.
