Tuna - spinach roll

Brokastu pārslas Nestle Cheerios Honey 425g

2 Eggs

70 grami Egg white

130 grami Canned tuna in its own juice

50 grami Cream or fresh cheese up to 12% fat

30 grami Spinach

30 grami Salad mix

1 tējkarote Baking powder

Salt, pepper

preperation

  1. Place the eggs, egg white, tuna (drain the excess liquid from the tuna), and spinach in a bowl. Add salt and spices as needed, and blend everything into a smooth puree.

  2. Add the baking powder.

  3. Pour the mixture into the baking tray, spread into a thin layer and place in the oven at 180 °C for ~15-20 minutes.

  4. Remove, cool, spread with fresh cheese, top with greens, roll up and enjoy a delicious meal.
