200 grami Skimmed milk curd
70 grami Natural yogurt
100 grami Apple jam with cinnamon
30 grami Granola (oat flakes baked with honey: 2:1)
Sweetener of your choice

Place the curd and yoghurt in a bowl. Add sweetener as desired and mix.
