Chicken fillet appetizer in nori sheets

400 grams Malta vistas (vai tītara fileja)

60 grams Sīpols

1 tējkarote Sezama eļļa (vai jebkura cita)

  1. Mix the ground chicken fillet with chopped onion, salt, and spices. Put the mixture into a pastry bag and cut off the tip.

  2. Squeeze the mass out of the pastry bag onto one side of the nori sheet, roll it up and set aside for ~5 minutes. I ended up with 5 rolls.

  3. Cut each roll into 4 equal pieces. Dip them in beaten egg mixed with 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and place on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake in an oven or air fryer (I bake in an air fryer at 200 °C for ~15 minutes).
