3 Eggs

800 grami Chicken fillets (I use small chicken fillets, which are particularly tender)

405 grami Zucchini

180 grami Carrots

150 grami 10% cheese

150 grami Skimmed milk curd

130 grami Couscous

55 grami Onion

50 grami Adjika "Pures"

20 grami Mustard

19 grami Garlic

15 grami Parsley

10 grami Oil

Salt, pepper, spices

preperation

  1. Grate the courgette, sprinkle with a little salt and stir. Set aside to allow the liquid to drain. Pour boiling water over the couscous and let it stand until it has swollen.

  2. Grind the chicken fillet in a food processor, adding the eggs.

  3. Grate the cheese and carrots. Finely chop the onion and crush the garlic.

  4. Add adjika, mustard, grated cheese, carrots, parsley, swollen couscous, and spices to the chicken fillets and egg mixture. Mix everything thoroughly.

  5. Make cutlets with wet hands and place them on a pan lightly greased with oil. Fry on very low heat for ~8-10 minutes on each side until done.
