Zucchini Appetiser with Cheese, Carrots, and Curd

1500 grams Cukini

120 grams Burkāns

180 grams Siers 10%

80 grams Vājpiena biezpiens

20 grams Ķiploki

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

  2. Cut the zucchini into rounds.

  3. Place the rounds on a baking tray. Sprinkle each round with your favourite spices and bake in an oven at 180 °C for ~20 minutes.

  4. While the zucchini are baking, prepare the cheese, carrot, curd, and garlic mixture: mix the curd with cheese, grated carrots, eggs, and garlic. Add salt and other seasonings to taste.

  5. Place the mixture on the zucchini rounds and return to the oven for ~10 minutes.
