Pipargurķīši Kok 2-4cm 350g/190g

2 Mazas olas

200 grams Cukini

100 grams Dabīgais jogurts

100 grams Brokolis

30 grams Saulē kaltēti tomāti

30 grams Spināti

170 grams Siers 10%

100 grams Milti (es izmantoju kukurūzas miltus)

15 grams Ķiploki

8 grams Extra virgin olīvu eļļa

1 tējkarote Cepamais pulveris

Sāls, pipari, garšvielas pēc izvēles

  1. Place the eggs, finely chopped broccoli, spinach, and finely chopped zucchini in a blender and blend everything into a smooth mixture.

  2. Add natural yoghurt, salt, pepper, garlic, and grated cheese.

  3. Add the flour and baking powder. Mix everything.

  4. Pour the batter into a preheated waffle iron and bake the waffles. Alternatively, bake them in a regular frying pan under a lid (at a very low temperature, like pancakes).
