260 grams Gatavs avokado

250 grams Mazsālīta forel

200 grams Suši rīsi

20 grams Melnās sezama sēkliņas

3 Nori lapas

Citronu sula

170 grams Krēmsiers “Latgale” ar zaļumiem

50 grams Dabīgais jogurts

preperation

  1. Cook the sushi rice.

  2. Mash the avocado and mix with lemon juice. Finely cut or chop the nori leaves. 

  3. Add the chopped nori leaves and black sesame seeds to the cooked rice.

  4. Line the cake tin with cling film. Place the trout slices on the bottom, then top with half of the rice. Smooth out.

  5. Spread half of the cream (cream cheese mixed with yoghurt and spices) over the rice.

  6. Spread the avocado paste on top of the cream cheese. Smooth it out.

  7. Spread the remaining cream cheese over the avocado.

  8. Place the remaining rice on top of the cream cheese. Smooth and tamp down.

  9. Cover with cling film and place in the fridge.
