Vegetables with Pearl Couscous and Chicken Fillet

Zaļā tēja Hazo Jasmine 100g

400 grams Vistas fileja

456 grams Sviesta ķirbis

404 grams Paprika

217 grams Burkāns

100 grams Pērļu kuskuss (vai jebkuri citi graudaugi)

88 grams Sīpols

10 grams Extra virgin olīveļļa

Kurkuma, karijs, asā paprika

preperation

  1. Cut the chicken fillets into strips and fry them in a preheated pan (with 10 g of oil). Add the chopped onion.

  2. Cut all the vegetables and place them in a saucepan (putting the firmest ones first and the bell peppers last), with about 1 litre of water. Add salt and seasonings to taste. Put the lid on and simmer everything over medium heat.

  3. When the vegetables are almost ready, add the fried chicken fillet and pearl couscous and simmer for a few more minutes until everything is cooked. 

  4. Add the spinach at the end.
