Lauru lapas 10g

240 grami Konservēti turku zirņi

30 grami Maltas linsēklas

10 grami Veselas linsēklas

6 grami Extra virgin eļļa

preperation

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C degrees.

  2. Drain the liquid from the chickpeas, pour them into a bowl, add all the ingredients except the whole flax seeds and puree with a hand blender.

  3. Add the whole flaxseeds and mix all together.

  4. Place the dough on the baking paper, place another baking paper on top and roll it out to a thickness of ~ 2 mm. The dough is quite brittle.

  5. Cut into equal squares with a wide knife (I got 24 biscuits).

  6. Place in the oven at 160 °C and bake for ~40 minutes.
