Carrot omelette with cheese and tuna

Omelettes are always great for breakfast. This version with carrot and tuna is also a great choice.

Pasta I Love Eco Jungle 400g

1 Ola

80 grams Olu baltums

100 grams Burkāns (vai ķirbis)

65 grams 10% siers

52 grams Tuncis savā sulā, gabaliņos "Well Done"

50 grams Vājpiena biezpiens

10 grams Dilles

preperation

  1. Place the egg, egg white, curd and carrot cut into small pieces (or grated) in a food processor. Add salt and pepper as necessary and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a lightly oiled frying pan and fry on the lowest flame for ~7-10 minutes on one side.

  3. When the bottom is browned, place grated cheese mixed with tuna and herbs on one side of the omelette. Put the lid on and let it bake for another 1-2 minutes. Then fold the omelette in half with a wide spatula, press down and enjoy a delicious breakfast.
