1 Egg

10 grami Coconut oil or butter (may or may not be present)

35 grami Corn flour (or other)

35 grami Rice flour

1 tējkarote Baking powder

100 grami Skimmed milk curd

60 grami 10% cheese

1 Egg (add the egg white to the filling, the yolk remains for brushing) or use only the egg white (~38 g)

60 grami Tomato

20 grami Greens

Salt, spices of your choice

preperation

  1. Mix the dough ingredients and form "boats" with slightly damp hands (you can also use moulds, of course) directly on the baking tray lined with baking paper.

  2. Grate the cheese and mix it with the curd and egg white.

  3. Add the cut tomatoes, herbs, garlic, salt and spices.

  4. Place the filling in the "boats" and bake them in the oven at ~175 °C for ~25 minutes.
