Tarts with Curd, Pear, and Blue Cheese
            ingredients
Kviešu mīkstie tako Rimi Planet 240g
2 Eggs
20 grami Butter
150 grami Skimmed milk curd
100 grami Flour (50 g corn flour + 50 g rice flour). The amount of flour depends on the size of the eggs and the consistency of the curd.
8 grami Vanilla sugar
1 tējkarote Baking powder
A pinch of salt
Sweetener of your choice

130 grami Pear
60 grami Blue cheese

1 Egg
100 grami Egg white
100 grami Natural yogurt
18 grami Corn starch
8 grami Vanilla sugar
Sweetener of your choice

Add melted butter and curd to the eggs and blend everything into a smooth mixture.

Add baking powder to the flour, and add the flour to the egg-curd mixture. Knead the dough and place it in the fridge for 20 minutes.

Remove and place in tart moulds, forming " borders" (I use silicone moulds, each with ~62 g of dough). Place small pieces of chopped pear (25 g) and cheese (10 g) on the dough.

Blend 2 eggs with egg whites, yoghurt, sweetener, cornstarch, and vanilla, then pour over the pear and cheese (~50 g).

Bake in the oven at ~175 °C for ~30-35 minutes.
