Carrot Muffins with Banana

Carrot and banana muffins. Simple, fragrant and delicious. No sugar or added sweeteners.

1 Ola

120 grams Burkāns

100 grams Banāns

40 grams Milti (man pilngraudu kviešu milti)

20 grams Sojas proteīns ar vaniļas garšu

20 grams Eļļa

5 grams Cepamais pulveris

1 tējkarote Kanēlis

1 tējkarote Kardamons

preperation

  1. Blend the carrot, egg and oil in a food processor until smooth (or grate the carrot using a fine grater). Add the banana, mashed with a fork.

  2. Add the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix everything thoroughly.

  3. Pour the batter into silicone moulds (or one large baking tin) and bake in an oven preheated to 175 °C for about 25–30 minutes.
