Broccoli Bread

Broccoli is one of my favourite vegetables. It tastes great in soups, stews, stir-fries, and even in bread.

Graudaugu brokastis Sante ar šok. 350g

3 Olas

350 grams Brokolis

130 grams Pilngraudu milti (man kviešu)

10 grams Ķiploki

10 grams Cepamais pulveris

preperation

  1. Chop the broccoli in a food processor.

  2. Add the eggs, crushed garlic, salt, and spices. Mix everything.

  3. Add the flour and baking powder. Mix everything, put it in the baking tin and smooth it out.

  4. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 °C for about 40–45 minutes.
