Brokastu pārslas Kellogg's Coco Pops 375g

1 Pilngraudu lavašs "Prima food" (120 g)

4 Olas

600 grami Āboli

250 grami Vājpiena biezpiens

150 grami Paniņas

50 grami Eritritols

1 tējkarote Cepamais pulveris

Saldinātājs (stēvija, vai cits intensīvais saldinātājs)

Vaniļas esence

preperation

  1. Cut the lavash into long strips and then into ~3 cm long pieces.

  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the curd, buttermilk and sweetener and beat until smooth.

  3. Peel the apples and cut them into small strips.

  4. Stir the apples into the egg-curd mixture.

  5. Add the sliced lavash.

  6. Mix all the ingredients, place the batter in the tin and bake in the oven at 170-175 °C for ~ 40 minutes.
