Omelette in a tortilla with cheese and scallions

Zaļās olīvas Rimi ar anšoviem 230g/130g

2 Olas

1 Pilngraudu kviešu tortilja (medium, ~62 g)

40 grams Siers 10%

20 grams Zaļie lociņi

1 grams Eļļa

Sāls, pipari

preperation

  1. Beat the eggs, add the salt, spices and scallions and pour into a hot frying pan lightly greased with oil.

  2. Place a tortilla on top and press down lightly. Cover the pan with a lid and allow the omelette to fry over a low heat.

  3. Turn the omelette over, top it with the grated cheese, put the lid on the pan and let the tortilla cook a little from underneath. Then fold over and enjoy a delicious breakfast.
