Pizza with Chicken Breast and Blue Cheese Dor Blue

We're having pizza again. Oh well, what can we do – we like them. But healthy ones, of course.

Baklažānu ikri Storko 350g

200 grams Miltu maisījuma picai

110 grams Ūdens

20 grams Eļļa

Baklažānu ikri Storko 350g

100 grams Vistas fileja (jau pagatavota)

100 grams Tomāti

85 grams Siers 10%

50 grams Siers Dorblue

30 grams Sīpols

20 grams Adžika (Pūres)

preperation

  1. Put 200 g of the flour mixture into a bowl. Add 110 g of water with 20 g of oil. Knead the dough and set aside for ~20 minutes.

  2. Place the dough on a baking tray and roll it out into a thin layer.

  3. Cut the chicken fillet, tomatoes, and onions.

  4. Grate the cheese and cut the Dor Blue cheese into small pieces.

  5. Spread the ajika over the pizza base.

  6. Arrange the chicken fillet, tomatoes, and onions on top and bake in the oven at ~175-180 °C for ~25-30 minutes, until almost done.

  7. Remove the pizza from the oven, spread both cheeses on top and return to the oven for ~10 minutes to melt the cheese.
