150 grami Siers 10% (vai cits liess siers līdz 18%)
125 grami Burkāni (vārīti)

Beat egg with curd and oil until smooth (curd should be at room temperature).

Add the dry ingredients, knead into an elastic dough, practically non-stick to hands, and place in the fridge for ~20 minutes.

Meanwhile, grate the filling: cheese, eggs, carrots. Chop the greens. Mix everything and add salt and spices.

In a separate bowl, whisk the egg-curd mixture for the topping. Add a little salt and seasoning of choice.

Take the dough out of the fridge and place it in the baking tin, forming ~3 cm high sides.

Place the filling in the tart and pour over the egg-cottage cheese mixture.

Place in a preheated oven at 175-180 °C and bake for ~35 minutes until golden brown. It tastes best when it's still a little warm!
