2 Fazer auzu polārmaizes (2x45 g)

200 grami Vājpiena biezpiens (vai 250 g kulinārijas biezpiens “Baltais”)

60 grami Dabīgais jogurts

125 grami Svaigas avenes (vai 1 gatavs banāns, vai citas ogas, cits auglis)

  1. Mix the curd with the natural yoghurt, sweetener and berries - blend well.

  2. Divide the curd mixture between the 2 Polar breads.
