preperation

  1. Pour water into a pot and set to boil.

  2. Divide the cauliflower into rosettes, finely chop the onion and garlic, put them all in a pot and cook.

  3. Chop the broccoli in a food processor (not completely mushed) and set aside.

  4. Cut the mushrooms and sauté in a pan.

  5. Cut the smoked chicken breast into small pieces.

  6. Blend the cauliflower in a pot with a hand blender when it is soft.

  7. Add the sautéed mushrooms, tomatoes, chicken breast and cook for ~10 minutes.

  8. Add the chopped broccoli, spinach and processed cheese.

  9. Add salt, pepper and spices and cook until ready.
