100 grami Bezcukura šokolāde "RED" ar apelsīniem un mandelēm
50 grami Pūstā prosa (vai pilngraudu rīsi)
50 grami Žāvētas dzērvenes
50 grami Žāvētas aprikozes (vai jebkuri citi žāvēti augļi/ogas)
2 ēd.k. Svaigu apelsīnu sula

Finely chop the apricots and cranberries. Mix with the millet and orange juice.

Melt the chocolate in a hot water bath, or in the microwave ( in pulses of 20 seconds and stirring).

Mix the chocolate with the millet and dried fruit.

Form round galettes on the baking paper using a metal ring (8-10 cm diameter): place ~2 spoonfuls of the mixture in the ring and compact thoroughly. Remove the ring and form the next galette.

Place in the fridge to let the chocolate harden.
