preperation

  1. Boil water, put broccoli and cauliflower (divided into florets) in it and cook for 5 minutes.

  2. Chop/blend mushrooms, chicken gyros and spinach in a food processor. Chop the leek. Grate the cheese.

  3. Remove the broccoli and cauliflower from the water, cool and chop them in a food processor.

  4. Place all the ingredients in a bowl, add the flour and spices and mix well.

  5. With wet hands, form meatballs and place on a baking sheet.

  6. Bake in an oven preheated at 175-180 °C for ~60 minutes.
