1 Ola

70 grams Kefīrs (2%)

70 grams Rudzu vai kviešu pilngraudu milti

13 grams Kviešu/rudzu klijas

1 tējkarote Soda

30 grams Siers 10%

30 grams Biezpiens

preperation

  1. Add soda and salt to the kefir, stir and set aside to "eat".

  2. Add the egg and flour, then knead the dough. Leave it to rest for 10 minutes.

  3. With wet hands form round buns, sprinkled with sesame seeds.

  4. Bake in the oven at 175 °C for ~20-25 minutes.

  5. When they are half-baked: remove them, cut off the tops, scoop out the middle and fill with cheese and cottage cheese (or add eggs, or anything else you like).

  6. Place back in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

  7. PsRather than throwing away the middle of the bread, I mixed it with cottage cheese, cheese and one egg white, then formed it into small balls and fried them. They were also delicious!
