Fried Vegetables

Vegetables are on my menu every day and lots! Especially prepared in this way, they are not only delicious, but also healthy!

Ātri pagat. auzu putra Dobele zemeņu EKO 50g

300 grams Brokolis

321 grams Kālis

299 grams Ķirbis

327 grams Selerijas sakne

180 grams Paprika

25 grams Ķiploks

30 grams Extra virgin olīveļļa

1 tējkarote Citronu sula

Garšaugu sāls, vai sāls parastā, čilli pārslas (ja nepatīk pikanti ēdieni, var nelikt čilli, bet parastos melnos piparus), muskatrieksts, provansas garšaugi, kumins.

preperation

  1. Prepare the dressing: Pour 30 g of oil into a small bowl. Add the crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt and all the other seasonings. Mix everything.

  2. Peel, cut all the vegetables and place them (except for the broccoli and peppers, which are added later) in a large bowl.

  3. Add the prepared sauce and mix/stir thoroughly with your hands so that all the vegetables are coated with the sauce.

  4. Fry the vegetables in a very hot pan for 5-6 minutes.

  5. Add a little water, reduce the heat, cover with a lid and simmer. Stir occasionally.

  6. When the vegetables are half-cooked, add the peppers and broccoli. Mix everything thoroughly and continue to sauté until all the vegetables are cooked through.
