A sweet treat that anyone can enjoy, even while losing weight.

50 grams Whey proteīns (man ar vaniļas garšu)

20 grams Kakao

120 grams Karsts ūdens (atkarībā, cik biezu vēlaties)

Saldinātājs (pēc nepieciešamības)

Ruma esence (garšas pastipornāšanai, lietojiet pēc nepieciešamības)

  1. Fry the protein in a pan until it reaches a caramel colour.

  2. Add the cocoa and mix both powders.

  3. Add hot water and sweetener as needed. Mix everything thoroughly.
