Zaļās olīvas ITLV ar anšoviem 314ml

200 grams Ūdens (silts)

13 grams Psilliums

5 grams Extra virgin eļļa

5 grams Ābolu etiķis

preperation

  1. Lightly grind the green buckwheat, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, and rosemary (do not grind into a powder).

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl: ground buckwheat, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, chickpea flour, baking powder, salt, and spices

  3. Add warm water to the psyllium and mix everything until a gel forms. Let it sit for about 7–8 minutes.

  4. Add the oil and vinegar to the jelly and stir. Add to the dry ingredients and mix into a dough.

  5. Place the dough on a baking sheet and roll it out into a thin layer, dusting it lightly with flour. The thinner you roll it out, the crispier the crackers will be. Use a knife to score lines in the dough; this will make it easier to break them apart after baking.

  6. Place in the oven and bake for about 35–40 minutes, until done.
