Apple Bread with Raisins

I decided to try baking some sweet bread with apples and raisins. And yes, this version turned out to be really tasty!
Number of servings:

ingredients

Kons. kukurūza/sark. pupiņas Bonduelle 212ml

250 grams Milti (100 g augstākā labuma kviešu milti + 150 g pilngraudu kviešu milti)

150 grams Dabīgais jogurts

100 grams Rupji sarīvēts svaigs ābols

80 grams Rozīnes

30 grams Piens 2%

1 tējkarote Kanēlis

1 tējkarote Kardamons

1 tējkarote Cepamais pulveris

Saldinātājs (pēc nepieciešamības)

preperation

  1. Preheat the oven to 175–180 °C.

  2. Sift the flour, salt and baking powder into a large bowl, add the grated apple and mix everything thoroughly.

  3. Add the yoghurt, milk, cinnamon, cardamom and raisins. Stir and knead the dough by hand. The dough should be moist and sticky.

  4. With wet hands, shape it into a round, flat loaf.

  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes. Check for doneness with a wooden stick — if you insert it into the thickest part of the loaf and it comes out dry, it’s done!

  6. Remove from the oven, cover with a towel and leave to cool gradually.
