  1. Grate the cheese, chop scallions, add the egg and curd and mix everything.

  2. Press the middle of two slices of toasted bread (create a hollow to put the filling) and place the filling in them.

  3. Top with the two remaining slices of toast bread, place in a sandwich toaster and bake until ready.
