100 grami Olu baltums

500 grami Saldi āboli

275 grami Vājpiena biezpiens

200 grami Kefīrs 0,1%

90 grami Milti (man kukurūzas milti)

60 grami Kukurūzas ciete

30 grami Whey proteīns (vai tie paši milti)

50 grami Eritritols

8 grami Vaniļas cukurs (dr .Quther)

  1. Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices. Add the soda to the kefir, stir and leave to react.

  2. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat the egg yolks with the sweetener and vanilla sugar (~3 minutes, until they increase significantly in volume).

  3. Add the kefir with soda to the egg yolks.

  4. Blend the curd with egg white and add to the beaten eggs.

  5. Sift the flour with the baking powder and add to the egg-curd-kefir mixture. Whisk until the batter is smooth.

  6. Add the apples and mix so that the dough covers each apple slice.

  7. Place the dough in the tin and bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for ~35-40 minutes.
