200 grami Ķirbis (vai burkāns, vai jebkurš cits dārzenis)

100 grami Vājpiena biezpiens

3 grami Eļļa

  1. Grate the pumpkin on a fine grater. Or mince in a food processor with chicken fillets.

  2. Add the egg, chopped onion, garlic, grated pumpkin, salt and spices to the minced meat.

  3. Heat a frying pan and lightly grease it with oil. Form round cutlets and place in the pan (you can bake them in the oven as well). Turn the heat to a very low flame and sauté the cutlets until cooked on both sides. Add a little water as necessary.
