100 grams Kukurūzas milti

100 grams Burkāns

80 grams 10% siers

35 grams Saulē kaltēti tomāti (eļļā)

8 grams Eļļa

preperation

  1. Grate the zucchini, carrots, and cheese. Drain the excess oil from the tomatoes and chop them finely. Chop the scallions as well.

  2. Add flour and spices.

  3. Spoon the mixture into a heated, lightly oiled pan and spread it out evenly. Fry under a lid at a very low temperature. Turn it over and fry lightly on the other side.
