preperation

  1. Grate the turnip on a fine grater. Grate or finely chop the peppers and chop the dill.

  2. Add the egg, chopped onion, garlic, grated turnip, paprika, salt and seasoning to the chicken mince.

  3. Heat a frying pan and brush it lightly with oil. Form round cutlets and place them in the pan.

  4. Reduce the heat to very low, cover the pan with a lid and fry/sauté the cutlets on both sides until cooked through. Add a little water if necessary.
