  1. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces, place in a bowl, cover and microwave for 5 minutes (or sauté on the stove) Cool and blend with a hand blender.

  2. Cut the apricots into small pieces.

  3. Mix all the dry ingredients - flour, oat bran, baking powder, cinnamon and apricots.
